Pam was an awesome realtor to deal with. This was the first house I had ever sold and I live across the country on the east coast, so I was working with a disadvantage since I couldn't physically be at all of the meetings and at the Fairfield property while the sale was happening. She gently took me by the hand, so to speak, and walked me through what seemed like an overwhelming task at times. She was always professional, extremely punctual, and accomplished everything she set out to do, keeping me in-the-loop every step of the way. If you're looking for a realtor in the Solano County area, I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Pam Watson!
